Our team of Mobilists (Wireless Store Managers and Sales Representatives) strive to exceed customer expectations, providing unparalleled insights and service at each retail store location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate Sales Representative performance, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory levels, implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover, and manage product placement and displays.
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
