Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and providing ongoing training and coaching to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives
- Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses and labour costs
