Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Operations and Logistics
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and service.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment. The ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
