Co-op Talent Management Assistant Role

Duration: 8 months

Positions Available: 1

Responsibilities

  • Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
  • Provide support for performance management programs by offering technical assistance in the HRIS system, SuccessFactors, and developing visual and written communication materials.
  • Answer system and process related questions from a diverse audience.
  • Closely partner with HRIS to support reporting capabilities, test system improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist in assessing and improving evaluation methods for measuring efficiency of Talent Management programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain electronic filing system archival of all talent materials.
  • Provide additional Talent Management Project support on key initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in business, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to develop collaboration with internal and external collaborators using a 'customer centric' approach.
  • Demonstrable track record to handle critical and confidential information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and SAP SuccessFactors is considered an asset.
  • Ability to speak in Spanish is a strong asset
