As a Co-op student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with innovative talent technology tools and support multiple geographically dispersed client groups.

Responsibilities:

* Evaluate, configure, deploy, and support commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products
* Craft comprehensive documentation, guides, and infographics to support various user groups and processes
* Automate repetitive and manual tasks using scripts and develop lean self-serve web applications using Power Automate
* Conduct regular data cleansing, data modelling, and data analysis with Python, Excel, and Power BI

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Python with knowledge and understanding of libraries like pandas and requests
* Demonstrable understanding of how to use RESTful APIs
* Experience in front-line customer service or technical support
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

We offer a competitive salary range of $47,300.00 - $62,100.00 and a variety of advantages, including financial assistance, mentorship, and primary consideration for professional positions upon graduation.
