We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Specialist – Talent Management to join our diverse and supportive workplace. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Kinectrics' strategic objectives and nurture a learning culture within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on learning and development, talent management, or organizational development. They will possess strong customer service orientation, interpersonal and relationship building skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support the Manager, Learning and Development in developing and delivering company-wide training initiatives, utilizing technology and adult learning best practices. You will consult with stakeholders to understand their training needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet the business requirements.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
