Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Development and Solutions to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of talent management strategies and solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies and solutions that align with business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of talent development programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and HR partners
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on talent management and development best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging practices in talent management and development

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management and development, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies and solutions
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions
