Job Title: Guest Services Team Lead

Join Capbridge as a Guest Services Team Lead and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Guest Services department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Guest Service Agents to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Work closely with Operations Supervisors to develop and implement effective operational procedures.
  • Ensure that all guest-facing positions are staffed and that guest service standards are consistently met.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure that all operational details are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 full season experience in a Guest Services role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Occupational First Aid certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) is an asset.
  • Second Language is an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs and climb a step ladder or step stool.
