Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. You will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, responding to requests, and settling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Settle accounts and manage cash handling
  • Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions

Requirements:

  • Service-focused personality with previous front desk experience
  • Post-secondary education in hotel management an asset
  • Computer literacy with Opera experience an asset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
