Job Title: Cloud DevOps Team Lead

Copperleaf is seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless deployment and operation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement consistent installation and deployment processes to ensure stable and reliable production systems
  • Understand development and operations needs, produce solutions that support new features and enable increased development and deployment velocity through process and automation
  • Improve the reliability of our infrastructure through design, monitoring, and optimization
  • Help engineers troubleshoot issues and collaborate on solutions
  • Education and sharing of DevOps best practices throughout the wider organization
  • Ownership of the build and deployment infrastructure, maintain stability and uptime
  • Administration of Azure DevOps and security tooling as part of CI/CD and SSDLC
  • Coach, mentor, and develop teammates to help them excel and reach their full potential
  • Champion the adoption of an Agile and DevSecOps mindset
Requirements:
  • Proven experience driving organizational changes related to DevOps
  • Familiarity with all aspects of the software release cycle
