About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our team at Copperleaf. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cloud native applications, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure, and championing the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud native applications, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.
  • Develop and maintain our Azure DevOps and security tooling, ensuring it is aligned with our CI/CD and SSDLC processes.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop teammates to help them excel and reach their full potential.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team that is focused on delighting clients.
  • Identify and promote areas for growth and improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to define and prioritize tasks for the team.
  • Manage the backlog in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience with people management and leading a team.
  • Experience with running cloud native applications.
  • Ability to work across the organization, influencing beyond your direct responsibilities.
  • Proven experience driving organizational changes related to DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience with hyperscaler environments such as AWS and Azure, including container orchestration.
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of the software release cycle.
