Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales account managers to identify high-potential projects and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Unify/Mitel solutions and expand your knowledge of our comprehensive portfolio.
  • Support the account planning process and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Build trust with senior IT and business executives at enterprise accounts and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with product teams, engineering, professional services, and support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Support customer meetings through presentations, demonstrations, and conversations around Contact Center solutions.
  • Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Handover projects from pre-sales to operation and delivery teams.
Requirements:
  • Computer Engineer, Network Engineer, Computer Scientist, or similar degree.
  • Proven knowledge of Contact Center solutions (on-premise and cloud).
  • At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales activities.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • English proficiency, with Spanish a plus.
Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Customer-facing sales skills, with the ability to engage with customers at various levels.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS, with senior pre-sales skills.
