Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BBA Consultants in Toronto. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
About the RoleThis multi-functional position will involve managing office supplies, coordinating parking and building access, and overseeing mail and courier services. You will also be responsible for preparing and formatting documents, implementing document control processes, and ensuring compliance with project documentation requirements.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will support event coordination, assist with onboarding new staff, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with document control systems
- Efficient time management and prioritization skills
- Professional and friendly approach in dealing with clients, vendors, and colleagues
