Position Overview

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Guest Services Representative-BEL to join our team.
  • As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests.


About the Role:



  • Answer guest services switchboard; inform or re-direct calls accordingly.
  • Greet guests in person; offer information on the facility, events, and promotions.
  • Provide information on the facility, bag and coat check, special events, and promotions.
  • Ability to make clear, concise announcements on drawings, events, and special promotions over a PA system.
  • Solicit, identify, and enroll new gaming customers into the Encore Rewards program.
  • Maintain Encore Rewards program.
  • Maintain all services standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge/familiarity with all resort services and features including promotions and offerings.
  • Maintain highest standard of professionalism, ethics, grooming, and attitude towards guests, clients, and associates.
  • Conduct guests to other areas as requested; conduct facility tours.
  • Maintain waiting lists for table games and the Poker Room.
  • Respond to, resolve, or escalate issues as required.
  • Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health, and safety, and other statutory regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed.


What We're Looking For:

In this role, you will require:



  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service; gaming experience an asset.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional experiences to our guests.
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.


Work Environment Considerations:

This role requires:



  • Working within a 24/7 operation with ability to work flexible hours when required (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards, and position.



Estimate Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
