We take pride in our steaks, using only butcher-selected cuts and grilling them over an open flame for a rich flavor that will keep our guests coming back. Our AAA beef is aged for a minimum of 28 days and seasoned with Chuck’s Spice.

As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, making you the face of our restaurant. You will be part of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and embody our Guest Obsessed culture, creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
• Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling, and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant.
• Seat guests at their own pace, handing the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after they’re seated.
• Communicate with servers and managers regarding table availability, seating of large parties, or special requests to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
