Client Partner, Organization Development Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner, Organization Development to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the strategic priorities of Fraser Health, focusing on organization and leadership development processes, strategies, and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen organization and individual competencies.
- Partner with senior leaders and teams to design and implement change processes that engage stakeholders appropriately.
- Offer consulting services to senior leadership and management staff to improve team, leader, and systems effectiveness.
- Facilitate team development, change in group norms, values, and culture, and provide coaching supports to leaders.
- Remain current in the practice of organization development and leadership development through ongoing professional development and research.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Organization Development, Leadership, Adult Education, or a related field, and five years of recent experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in healthcare settings.
