Client Partner, Organization Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner, Organization Development to support our Employee Experience team. This is a hybrid position that will allow you to combine your leadership skills and expertise in consulting to drive continued organizational development.
As a Client Partner, you will act as an internal consulting resource for organization and leadership development processes, strategies, and projects. You will provide consulting services to senior leaders and managers with teams, supporting the goals and objectives of senior leadership with interventions such as change initiatives, strategy and planning facilitation, process redesign, team building, consulting, and coaching on organization development issues.
You will be responsible for providing leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives designed to strengthen organization and individual competencies and management development. This will include partnering with senior leaders and teams in designing and implementing change processes that engage stakeholders appropriately from initiation to integration of the change.
You will also provide consulting services to senior leadership and management staff, focused on improving team, leader, and systems effectiveness. This will include facilitating team development, and changes in group norms, values, and culture; identifying and using instruments and surveys to analyze individual and group behavior; partnering with clients in identifying possibilities for improvement; providing coaching supports to leaders towards increasing success in change integrations.
You will remain current in the practice of organization development and leadership development by ongoing professional development; researching and implementing cutting-edge best practices in alignment with probable future needs in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives designed to strengthen organization and individual competencies and management development.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Organization Development (O.D.), Leadership, Adult Education, or other equivalent Behavioral Science. You will also need five years' recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in healthcare settings.

You will also need to demonstrate professional/technical capabilities such as knowledge of organization development theory and applications, group facilitation skills, knowledge of leadership development, knowledge of adult learning strategies and methodologies, ability to initiate, lead, analyze, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize, expertise in conflict management, expertise in project management, particularly of change initiatives, and knowledge and understanding of computer technology.
