Client Partner, Organization Development Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner, Organization Development to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the strategic priorities of Fraser Health, focusing on organization and leadership development processes, strategies, and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen organization and individual competencies and management development.
- Partner with senior leaders and teams to design and implement change processes that engage stakeholders appropriately from initiation to integration of the change.
- Provide consulting services to senior leadership and management staff, focused on improving team, leader, and systems effectiveness.
- Facilitate team development, and changes in group norms, values, and culture; identify and use instruments and surveys to analyze individual and group behavior; partner with clients in identifying possibilities for improvement; provide coaching supports to leaders towards increasing success in change integrations.
- Remain current in the practice of organization development and leadership development by ongoing professional development; research and implement cutting-edge best practices in alignment with probable future needs in the organization.
- Provide single point accountability for client service delivery where appropriate.
- Provide client services and programs in a way that increases leaders' capacity for coaching, process design, facilitation, and team development within their own teams.
- Evaluate Organization Development/People Development services ensuring interventions meet client satisfaction.
- May be required to monitor and support the work of external consultants.
- May be assigned to provide targeted/term-based Organization Development support to assigned sites/communities/programs.
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's Degree in Organization Development (O.D.), Leadership, Adult Education, or other equivalent Behavioral Science. Five years' recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization is required. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in healthcare settings.

Professional/Technical Capabilities- Demonstrated knowledge of organization development theory and applications.
- Demonstrated group facilitation skills in an organization development role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of leadership development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning strategies and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, analyze, organize, problem-solve, and prioritize.
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict management.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly of change initiatives.
- Knowledge and understanding of computer technology, especially the fundamentals of word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, database, and CD ROM.
