Organization Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Organization Development Specialist to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic priorities of our organization and driving positive change across our system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consulting services to senior leaders and managers to support organizational development and leadership development initiatives.
- Design and implement strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen organization and individual competencies.
- Partner with senior leaders and teams to develop and implement change processes that engage stakeholders and drive positive outcomes.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders to increase their capacity for coaching, process design, facilitation, and team development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of organization development and people development services to ensure they meet client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Master's degree in Organization Development, Leadership, Adult Education, or a related field.
- Five years of recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of organization development theory and applications.
- Excellent group facilitation skills and the ability to initiate, lead, analyze, organize, problem solve, and prioritize.
- Expertise in conflict management and project management, particularly of change initiatives.
