About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Colours of Punjabi Event Organization Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market research, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion of our services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Relationship-Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Project Management: Plan and manage development projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
  • Customer Service: Evaluate and improve customer service and store environments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Research and Analysis: Design, conduct, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform business decisions.
  • Online Presence: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, reliability, and team player.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
