At Chanian Transport, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Office Administration
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Data Management
    • Compile data, statistics and other information
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Communication
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
    • Perform data entry
