Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Cafe Brio is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
