Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SIZZLING TANDOOR RESTAURANT. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best deals for our restaurant.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making data-driven decisions to drive business success.
