As a Sales Manager at Puulse Marketing, you will lead by example, demonstrating your ability to achieve sales targets before building your team in the Toronto market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team that conducts business-to-business (B2B) sales in person, with comprehensive knowledge of the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the merchant services sector.
- Client Acquisition: Produce sales yourself & oversee the acquisition of new business clients through B2B interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Field Training: Coach & train team members in the field by shadowing them, assisting with business-to-business interactions, and helping to close sales.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans where necessary.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Provable experience and success in selling merchant services using face-to-face sales, ideally with team management and training experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 base salary, with an OTE of $150,000 - $200,000, plus a hiring bonus of $4000 ($1000 after 30 days, $3000 after 120 days).
