Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Randstad Canada in Moncton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls and take messages as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for our clients.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Handle inquiries from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
