Senior Corporate Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our client's SME team in North York. As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice to the CEO and assisting with all legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice to the CEO and senior management on corporate and commercial matters
  • Assist with the development and implementation of legal strategies to support business growth
  • Manage and coordinate the work of external counsel and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a corporate legal role
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
