General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Counsel to join our client's SME team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to the CEO and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience in building and leading a legal team. You will be responsible for assisting with all legal matters, including portfolio management, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction.

This is a true generalist role, requiring a corporate background and the ability to wear multiple hats. If you are a seasoned legal professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to the CEO and other stakeholders
  • Build and lead a legal team
  • Assist with all legal matters, including portfolio management, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction
