General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our SME team at ZSA Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters, including corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of legal matters.
  • Manage and oversee the development of legal documents, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Counsel or Senior Legal Advisor in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
