General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our SME team at ZSA Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support to our client, a well-known multinational company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong corporate background and be able to wear both a business and legal hat. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for assisting with all legal matters, including building out a legal team and managing the company's portfolio.

This is a true generalist role, requiring a broad range of skills and expertise. If you are a motivated and experienced legal professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance and support to the CEO and other senior executives
  • Build and manage a legal team
  • Assist with all legal matters, including contract review and negotiation
  • Manage the company's portfolio, including family office, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction

Requirements:

  • Strong corporate background
  • Ability to wear both a business and legal hat
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
