General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to join our SME team at ZSA Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building out a legal team and assisting with our client's portfolio, which includes family office, real estate holdings, manufacturing, and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the CEO and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth
  • Manage and oversee the legal team, including hiring and training
  • Assist with due diligence and contract negotiations
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations
