Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sohani Party Tent Rental Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This includes managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Direct and control daily operations, direct staff, evaluate daily operations, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and provide customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain and manage digital databases, perform data entry, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
