Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
Job DescriptionAs a Table Games Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of table games activities, maintaining game integrity, and providing superior customer service. You will work closely with dealers, pit managers, and other team members to achieve our goal of delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Monitor dealers in assigned areas, maintain game integrity, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide input for coaching and mentoring employees, contributing to their growth and development
- Participate in the implementation of table games strategic plans, aligning with our company's vision and mission
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or a suitable combination of education and experience is an asset
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming, preferably in a variety of table games (Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, UTH)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service
- Computer literacy in MS Office and strong mathematical skills
- The ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
