**About this Role**
Reporting to the Guest Services Supervisor, being a Guest Services Representative at a casino is like being the superhero of customer service. Everyday is a new adventure as we navigate through the various needs and requests of our guests. It’s a high-stakes game of customer service where one wrong move can send a patron from elated to unhappy in seconds. But when you successfully navigate the chaos and successfully solve a problem and leave a guest with a smile on their face, it’s the ultimate payoff. This is a fast paced and exciting job where you never know what kind of characters you know it will be exciting. **What you’ll get to DO**
- Provide excellent customer service, including welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and building relationships
- Assist in marketing the Rewards Club program, explain membership benefits to guests, process RC transactions
- Assist with on-site events, promotions and entertainment initiatives and perform tasks such as coat check and ticket collection as well as reconcile floats
- Assist guests with purchasing event/show tickets, lottery tickets and gift shop items, replenish gift shop stock
- Address and resolve guest issues and maintain confidentiality and extremely high customer service standards
- Work with the marketing team to promote cross functional communication so that all site staff are familiar with the casino’s marketing efforts.
**What you’ll need to be Successful**
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication in both English & French
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain a Provincial Gaming License from the Provincial Gaming Authority
- Preference will be given to applicants with at Marketing, Sales or Business diploma/degree
- Ability to work and thrive in a team oriented environment and be able to also work independently
- Availability for all shifts and able to stand for long periods of time
