We are looking for a dynamic person that has a passion for the Gaming Industry to fill a Dual Slot Supervisor role. This means that you will work as a supervisor for some of the time and as a slot attendant some of the time. Under the general direction of the Slot Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring your team is creating a memorable experience for our guests. This position is responsible for motivating, developing and supervising slot attendants on the floor as well as acting as a front-line customer service liaison, answering questions, assisting with orientation of games and the facility. If assigned as a Dual Slot Supervisor, time will be split between Supervisory and regular Attendant duties. **What you’ll get to DO**
- Signing jackpots and cancelling credits; Clearing bill and ticket jams and checking game and voucher histories to maintain game integrity, answer questions and solve disputes
- Actively seeking out and addressing customer needs and machine problems & reporting issues to the Manager
- Assisting with awareness of and excitement for on-going and up-coming Casino promotions
- Working in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures and/or the governing policies and procedures; report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary Acquiring and maintaining a strong knowledge of all Slot operations policies and procedures
- Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Manages other initiatives and other duties as required or directed

**What you’ll need to be Successful**
- Must be 19 years of age or older and previous experience as a supervisor would be an asset
- Strong understanding of Slots operations and knowledge of gaming policies is an asset
- Ability to multi-task, lead and motivate in a very busy environment in a very respectful and courteous manner.
- Excellent customer relations; staff relations and administrative skills
- Ability to obtain a Provincial Gaming License

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $14.75-$22.50 per hour
