Aerosports Parks is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure they are informed of office operations.
  • Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Identify and resolve any work-related problems that may arise, providing technical advice and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Coordinate and review the work of team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support office operations.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
