Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Pixel Pop Media Services LTD. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal teams, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and infrastructure are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
