Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
