Job Title: Intermediate Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and incident resolution in support of computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment, including login, passwords, software installation, and network connectivity.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to identify and resolve technical problems, documenting issues and solutions.
  • Reproduce, diagnose, and analyze problems reported by end-users, formulating solutions to resolve the issue.
  • Provide training and advice to users on optimal computer operation and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Set up and deploy IT equipment for new employees and address hardware and software issues.
  • Support hardware moves and relocation projects as required.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft environment.
  • Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (French and English).
Location:

Full-time on-site in Trenton.
