Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Sales and Customer Service teams in western Canada. This role will drive profitable sales growth and ensure world-class service for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals and customer service representatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
