About the Role- Support the growth of key accounts business renewal rates and new business.
- Passionate about winning and focused on building relationships both internally and externally.
- Working towards being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) demonstrating domain expertise with a strong personal brand of experience, domain/solution/technical knowledge, and practical business applications.
- Drive exceptional revenue performance by hitting sales goals/KPIs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships across Clarivate Analytics and ensure collaboration is delivered with a customer focus.
- Report accurate personal forecasting and performance metrics to your manager.
- Provide excellent customer service and support for your territory.
This role will be part of a collaborative and globally distributed team within the Life Sciences & Healthcare segment. Working closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Account Managers, this team drives customer success and business growth across North America.
