Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the Insurance industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that requires travel, so if you have a vehicle and enjoy working independently, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in a service-based organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing and selling services to insurance adjusters
- Attending industry networking events, including golf tournaments and trade shows
- Managing and growing existing accounts, as well as bringing in new business in your territory
- Providing business solutions and recommendations to clients
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are well-informed
- Reaching out to leads through cold calling
- Coordinating with the operations team to define the scope of work for new clients
- Submitting regular activity and results reports
- Providing valuable feedback to management to positively influence company services and policies
- A valid driver's license and your own vehicle to travel to work
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Previous sales experience in a service-based organization
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial, with a desire to exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Confident and capable in prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to earn uncapped income.
