Retail Store Supervisor

CRAZY FABRIC WAREHOUSE is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque to ensure timely payment processing.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize return of merchandise to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Organizational Skills: Organized to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Reliability: Reliable to ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Team Player: Team player to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals.
- Cultural Competency: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Awareness Training: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
