About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AM PM CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and delegate tasks to ensure efficient store operations
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market demand and customer needs
  • Liaise with suppliers to procure high-quality products at competitive prices
  • Analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Degree from College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of business operations and retail principles
Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
