Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Red Night Liquor Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
