Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Red Night Liquor Store. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
