Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and implementing employment processes while ensuring compliance with our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) guidelines.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Enforce safety and evacuation procedures, leading by example, through responsible driving and wearing personal protective equipment on-site.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our Action Plan, performance review, and roadmap within their scope.
  • Continuously educate the hiring community on recruitment and HR processes, demonstrating the value of working within the recruitment framework for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and sound business acumen by sharing market intelligence.
  • Implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent, including internet searches, social media, talent campaigns, referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Utilize candidate pipelines to maintain up-to-date talent pools and maximize efficiency.
  • Attend career fairs and industry events to remain abreast of market changes and network effectively.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a project-oriented Engineering & Construction environment is desirable.
  • Experience with phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
  • Proven ability in attracting new talent and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Proven ability in managing candidate campaigns, cold calling, networking, company representation at networking functions, and events.
  • Excellent computer and systems skills, with a strong knowledge of MS Office Software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
