This position is a full-time 100% onsite position at our downtown office.


Talent Sourcing Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, Boolean searches, social media, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Screen candidates through initial phone calls to assess fit, interest, and qualifications.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Represent the organization professionally and positively to promote employer branding.
  • Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Engage with passive candidates to nurture long-term relationships for future opportunities.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-source, conversion rates).
  • Analyze sourcing data to continuously improve strategies and optimize performance.



Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related role.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
