Executive Talent Sourcing Specialist

FCC Construcción, a leading infrastructure and citizen services group, is seeking an Executive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional and client-focused support with a strong emphasis on talent sourcing strategies for all recruitment needs within the corporate group.
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years leading end-to-end recruitment efforts. A post-secondary education in Human Resources or business-related area is an asset. They must possess exceptional organization and project management skills, with proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also have demonstrated work experience working within a complex and matrixed organization, as well as experience with diversity hiring initiatives.
In this role, the Executive Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for conducting full life-cycle recruitment for all open roles across the corporate group. This includes sourcing, recruitment, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers. The specialist will also identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolio, establish connections, maintain, and leverage a professional online presence, and prospect talent through their network.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 5 or more years of recruitment experience
- At least 3 years leading end-to-end recruitment efforts
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or business-related area (asset)

- Demonstrated work experience working within a complex and matrixed organization

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
