Electronic Trading Development Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C#/.Net developer to join our electronic trading team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting software applications in an Agile environment for price/inventory publication, inquiry management, and straight-through processing of electronic trades.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy software applications for electronic trading, including client and server-side development.
- Work closely with business analysts and the team to understand user needs and translate requirements into systems.
- Estimate effort and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure agile and continuous delivery methodology is followed.
- Ensure code is well-tested and meets quality standards.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support for electronic trading systems.
- Collaborate with other teams, including networking, systems, quality assurance, support, and architecture teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in electronic trading and software development.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong technical skills in.Net C# and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with multithreaded application development, messaging technologies, and programming design patterns.
- Knowledge of Fixed Income Products, such as Bonds and IRS, is a plus.
- Knowledge of Electronic trading, including dealer-to-client and inter-dealer trading, is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
