About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Trading Development Analyst to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our electronic trading team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting software applications for price/inventory publication, inquiry management, and straight-through processing of electronic trades.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Trading Systems: Design, develop, and maintain software applications for electronic trading, including price/inventory publication, inquiry management, and straight-through processing.
  2. Collaborate with Business Analysts: Work closely with business analysts to understand user needs and translate requirements into systems.
  3. Implement Agile Development Practices: Ensure that agile development practices are followed, including continuous delivery and change management processes.
  4. Provide Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for trading systems and applications.
  5. Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate with other teams, including networking, systems, quality assurance, support, architects, and other development teams, to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate with a Master's degree in Computer Science or related subject.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in.Net C#, multithreaded application development, and knowledge of object-oriented programming.
  • Agile Development: Understanding of agile development practices, including continuous delivery and change management processes.
  • DevOps: Experience with CI/CD frameworks and standard DevOps tools, including TeamCity, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.
